This website belongs to KAPONIAS, CELINE MARGARET, trading as Chop Chopp's Barbershop (ABN 21 380 920 407), 152 Ashley Street, Underdale SA 5032.

What we collect, and why

If you send a message through the form on this site, we receive the details you type in — your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about and your message. We use them to reply to you and to arrange your appointment, and for nothing else. We do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Bookings are made through the Chop Chopp's app, which is run by Barberly. Information you enter there is handled under Barberly's own privacy policy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and privacy-friendly Vercel analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people visit, on what kind of device, and whether they tap the phone number or the booking button. This is aggregated information about visits; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block these tools with your browser settings or an ad blocker without affecting the site.

Who else sees your enquiry

Messages from the form are delivered by email through Resend, and a copy is kept in a private enquiry list maintained by MP Launch, the Adelaide agency that built and looks after this website, so that Celine can find a message again later. MP Launch may see enquiry details while supporting the site and treats them as confidential. Enquiries are kept for up to five years and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 0474 496 085 or send a message through the site. This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles.
